I will adhere to the World Anti-Doping Association and US Anti-Doping Association guidelines. I will not use tobacco, alcohol or recreational drugs of any type. I understand and acknowledge that Revo Devo Cycling has worked hard to develop relationships with certain bike shops and other sponsors to give me special discounts and special attention for repairs and adjustments. I will always respect the rules and requirements of these sponsors as outlined by them. At times, decisions and/or actions of other people may not be fair, reasonable or correct. Regardless of the situation, I will always act in a respectful manner to my teammates, other racers, coaches, officials and race organizers.

Your behavior reflects upon the team as well as sponsors and Revo Devo Cycling itself. Think of yourselves as ambassadors for the team, the sport of cycling, and your community.
E: Giving Back: I will volunteer/work at least once during the season at a local cycling event that benefits the cycling community or Revo Devo. (ie. set up and break down at Short Track Series, Kentucky Mountain Bike Series or Spring Race Series races) If you need suggestions or help arranging volunteer opportunities, contact the Coach. When volunteering it will be my only focus and I may not be able to race or otherwise participate during the event. Upon completing a volunteer opportunity I will email the coach about work I performed.

I will always remember my words and actions are not only a reflection of myself, but a reflection of Revo Devo Cycling, my fellow teammates, coaches and the Revo Devo Cycling Board of Directors. At each event I participate, whether a local or distant race I will take the time to find a volunteer or promoter and thank them for putting on the event. If at a practice or a race I observe behavior inconsistant with this Code of Conduct, I will report it to the coaches, and not address the individual directly.
G: Parent Commitment: By signing this I agree that I will ensure my child/Athlete complies with this code of conduct, and if he or she fails to comply, I understand the Revo Devo Cycling Board may decide to remove my child from the team. I agree that I will attend practices, and racing events and support my child and the Revo Devo Cycling team. At practices, races and other events where my child is participating and representing Revo Devo Cycling, I will behave in a manner respectful of all. Behavior at all times will show good sportsmanship to all teammates, parents, coaches, sponsors and other participants and parents. If at a practice or a race I observe behavior inconsistant with this Code of Conduct, I will report it to the coaches, and not address the individual directly. If my behavior is found by the Revo Devo Cycling Board they, in their discretion, can take disciplinary actions against me which may include refusing my attendance at practices or races, or removal of my child from the Revo Devo Cycling team.
