Thank you for your interest in joining Revolution Devo Cycling. Joining the Revolution is pretty simple. The steps for joining are listed below but first a little information about us.
Revolution Devo Cycling is a 501(c)3 organization. We are a junior development cycling team that was formed in order to help support all children and parents who have an interest in competitive cycling (road, mountain and cyclocross).
We invite members to join Revolution Devo Cycling throughout the year, but March of each year is our official kick off. We meet at various locations in the area including Seneca Park, Cherokee Park, Eva Bandman Park and Turkey Run Park.
Our program is designed for kids ages 5 – 17. Kids need to have basic riding skills but we also move kids in groups based on their skills and experience.
Revolution Devo Cycling is a 100% parental volunteer program. You’ll get what you put into it.
For the annual team fee, we ask for a minimum $175 donation per family. Revolution Devo Cycling athletes often receive team discounts when purchasing bikes, equipment and services at the bike shops that sponsor us. We understand the cost of new bikes can be a barrier to entry for some; please let us know how we can try to help! Being part of Revolution Devo Cycling often gives parents the opportunity to purchase used bikes and equipment from other Revolution Devo families. Also, many families often have hand-me-down uniforms available.
